I downloaded Daisy Chain to my Kindle reader for iPhone. Granted, it's been A Slow Burn reading it, but hey it was free! And free means a lot to someone trying to NOT live Life in Defiance.

Mary, I enjoyed your broadcasts on "FamilyLife Today" and love that your life is richer and deeper beyond your novels. I read them now with a new appreciation.

I would be living my life in defiance of all the rules of decency and gratitude, and causing my Maker to do a slow burn, if I failed to strew a daisy chain in Mary's path for all the times she has encouraged and blessed me!

My life seemed like a Slow Burn into a Life of Defiance as a child growing up. However now that I've found the Lord and desire that is will be infused with mine, it's no Daisy Chain by far, but I can see clearly now that the rain is gone.
